Delivery

The methods and costs of delivery will be confirmed after the client’s product request. We will give you an estimated date for delivery, and we will endeavour to deliver any products ordered within the estimated period. Please note that our products require a signature as proof of delivery.

When products will be ready for delivery, Dixieme Art team will contact the client to arrange delivery/ installation date and time. 

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. We shall have no liability for delays.

After the arrangement, in the event of a failed delivery to you, our installers may re-attempt delivery and contact you to re-arrange delivery. In such event, we may charge you for storage costs and further delivery costs. If we are unable to contact you to re-arrange delivery, we may end the Contract.

Return policy

Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.

If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery (the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods) in the original condition and packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. This costs will be deducted directly from your refund.

Items which are personalised or customised to your specifications, cannot be returned. However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

Replacing Damaged Items or Missing Parts

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement unit or parts at no cost. Simply report a damaged item by email: support@dixiemeart.com

If you prefer to return the item, we will refund the item’s price and delivery cost to your original payment method within 5 business days of pickup. You may have to upload a picture of the damaged item. We recommend that you inspect your item upon delivery and report any issues.

If your package appears severely damaged upon delivery, please write down “Package Damaged” when signing the delivery slip. Afterward, you can request a replacement at no extra cost on support@dixiemeart.com.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before your items are dispatched (except customised orders), you can request a cancellation by sending Return and cancellation form on support@dixiemeart.com. All cancellation requests are subject to a 3 business days review period. If the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive an email and a refund for the item and the delivery cost within 5 business days.

While we endeavor to process all requests, not all cancellations are possible. Should your cancellation not be confirmed, you will receive an email informing you of this as well as information regarding how you can set up a return. (please reference our Return Policy)

Refunds

We’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
